Team

As a Principal Architect and Builder of audad. Klaus Hofeditz is dedicated to transforming regulatory compliance through Artificial Intelligence. Drawing on a diverse career as a Co-Founder, Director of Development, and InfoSec SME, he bridges the gap between "state-of-the-art" technology and "state-of-the-law" requirements. By applying a Computer Science lens to compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, DORA, NIS-2, BCM and GDPR, Klaus develops AI-driven tools that reduce the friction of complex regulatory activities, ensuring software is built to be both robust and compliant from the ground up.

The project is supported by a team of Information Security Practitioners who serve as advisors and provide strategic guidance and other means of support:

	Arne Günther is a highly accomplished expert in Information Security, offering a unique perspective that combines technical precision with business strategy. He possesses a specialization in regulatory governance and auditing, holding the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA), Certified Auditor for ISO 27001 designations, Certified Auditor for Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS/§ 8a BSIG), Lead Privacy Implementer and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (PECB). Arne holds a Master of Business and Engineering.
	As an expert in Information Security and IT Risk Management, Holger Schrader brings decades of experience protecting high-stakes assets within the financial services industry. He holds the following certifications: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer (PECB), ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor (PECB), Lead Privacy Implementer (PECB). He is further certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC/ISACA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM/ISACA). As an active member of the German chapter of ISACA, he contributes frequently their publications. Holger holds a Master in Computer Science.
	Robert Kisner is a strategic advisor specializing in Information Security and Business Continuity Management. He is an ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer with experience across the financial services, healthcare, waste management, and energy sectors, including critical infrastructure environments. Robert holds an M.A. in International Management with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
	Robert Ritchie is a seasoned leader with three decades of experience transforming operations across the automotive, manufacturing, and finance sectors. He's capable of navigating change, offering expertise ranging from full ISO27001 security implementations to optimizing IT and business systems for peak performance. Robert holds an MBA.
